They are looking for a high caliper IT Support in the well-established IT team.

Job Description

- Handle technical enquiries and provide L2 end-user support for Japan office

- Provide the remote, on-site and over the phone technical support within the agreed

service levels, covering desktop, mobile device, communication systems and application software

- Maintenance of company databases, user guides, share point and website

- Responsible for supporting end user software such as Microsoft/Mac OS, MS Office, Video Conferencing etc

- Manage ticketing system and IT report

- Provide needed information on IT products or ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

- 3+ years of relevant experience in an multinational company

- Knowledgeable in hardware, O365, AD, and mobile technologies is a must

- Practical skills on PC setup and trouble-shooting

- Hands-on experience on Windows servers & network administration is an advantage

- Independent, hardworking and self-motivated

- Good communication skill in Japanese and English
