Job Description

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Develop, propose and execute initiatives and policies to foster MFTBC DEI goals and culture.
  • Review current practice and policies, assess and analyze the extent of how the practices and policies support MFTBC DEI goals together with HR policy team.
  • Ensure compliance with country and DT regulations on diversity and equity. Maintain relationships with diversity related organizations in order to set up cooperation and establish the company's brand.
