職務内容

  • Own full‑stack development across the data pipeline ecosystem, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations
  • Contribute to requirements definition and system architecture for new and existing data platforms
  • Develop and maintain Java-based batch and streaming applications supporting catalog and order data
  • Conduct detailed design work and produce documentation including technical specifications and operation manuals
  • Ensure high code quality with performance, stability, and maintainability in mind
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable data services



理想の人材

Must-have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering with strong data focus
  • Strong proficiency in Java (1.8+) and Java-based batch application development
  • Solid experience with unit testing (JUnit or similar)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (HBase)
  • Expertise in database schema design, SQL tuning, and performance evaluation
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., Dataflow, Cloud Run, Bigtable, BigQuery, Pub/Sub)
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Linux, and shell scripting
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Strong teamwork experience in design reviews, coding, and collaborative development
  • Language: Conversational Japanese / Business English

Nice-to-have:

  • Apache Beam (e.g., Dataflow)
  • Large-scale data processing (e.g., Apache Spark)
  • API development (RESTful)
  • Front-end development (Vue.js, React)
  • Python proficiency
