Our Client is a global leader in providing security, storage and systems management solutions to help customers - from consumers and small businesses to the largest global organizations - secure and manage their information-driven world against more risks at more points, more completely and efficiently.
*Responsible for leading a SE team and is expected to partner closely with the sales managers to achieve revenue success in the assigned market.
*Establish close alignment with the direct or partner Sales Managers to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
*Responsible for the planning, configuration and allocation of the SE resources in the assigned market.
*Conduct account reviews with the sales team utilizing Company's sales processes to drive business.
*Recruit, train, develop and retain SE's to ensure the availability of highly productive SE's in the field.
*Previous experience in SE Senior Manager or Director role in a medium size to large size company, managing 10 to 30 Sales Engineers.
*Good knowledge of Security market, products and services.
*Native or Completely Fluent level Japanese language ability, Business level English.
- Permanent employee.
- Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme.
