- Trouble shooting for inquiries from medical equipment / test kit users (veterinary hospitals)
- Dealing with complaints and troubles with equipment and kits
- Collecting and providing information related to products and industries
- Customer complaint handling, procedure confirmation, installation of alternative / repair machines, delivery support, information provision, training, etc.
- Previous call center customer service experience
- eager to learn new areas and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to develop further technical skills within customer support
