Global audio company which is expanding their business in Japan and APAC

Job Description

  • Providing the excellent customer support service by phone or email for consumers
  • Communicating with the internal team such as Supply chain and Sales and Repair department
  • Attending the global meeting and communicating with APAC



The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience (E 3+ years experience in Technical Support role and experience with self help tools)
  • Native level of Japanese and Fluent level of English both in written and verbal
  • Strong PC skills and extensive communication skill
