Based on annual revenues, employee size, as well as R&D spending - my client is one of the largest medical device companies in the world.

Job Description

・ External contact point for repair / inspection / maintenance and services related to rental machines

・ Reminders and inquiries to overseas manufacturers

・ Paperwork for all of the above services

・ General reservation reception for rental machines, response to requests from sales

・ Business Quality improvement and process efficiency improvement through improvement

・ Business improvement planning and project management for customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally medical device industry experience, but not a must
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Ideally ERP experience (SAP/ORACLE), but not a must
  • Keen interest to grow into the medical device industry
