Job Description



  • Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center teams, ensuring high performance, productivity, and morale.


  • Service Operations: Assist in managing all call center service-related operations, actively contributing to the attainment of service and operational goals through effective tracking and coaching.


  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


  • Gap Identification: Identify performance gaps and implement strategies for continuous improvement, aligning service level improvements with the organization's overall strategy.


  • Team Collaboration: Host team meetings, facilitating communication between the headquarters and the JP team.


  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment and interview process for new team members.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience: 2-5 years in call center team management.


  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese and English (both verbal and written)


  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with an executive and detail-oriented approach.


  • Attitude: Serious and responsible work attitude, coupled with a cooperative spirit and an appreciation for diversity.

What's on Offer



  • Base Salary: 5M-7M JPY (depending on overall skillset).


  • Bonus: 1-month base salary.


  • OT Pay: 30 hours, including the base month salary.


  • Work Hours: 9:00-18:00 & 13:00-22:00 shift (including weekends and public holidays).


  • Work from Home Option: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (available after a 6-month probationary period).
