Job Description
- Help customers and drivers by phone, e-mail and chat
- Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills by navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, e-mail, social media, and instant messenger, or chat tools
- Complete mandatory training (this schedule will be different from your work schedule upon hiring)
- Actively problem solve and innovate on behalf of customers
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Opportunity to learn other areas of the business and support specially departments as needed
The Successful Applicant
- You can work from home
- You have a keen interest in supporting customers
- You have good communication skills
- You have a native level of Japanese (N1)
What's on Offer
- Work from home 5 days per week
- You receive a salary between 3M JPY - 3.7M JPY
- All equipment will be provided - should you wish to work from home
