Our client is a leading fashion e-commerce website.
Job Description
- Be part of the customer service team and be responsible for all customers inquiries via call, e-mail and chat
- Be able to give customers correct information in a timely manner
- Provide your manager with direct reports regarding your feedback and experience with customers
The Successful Applicant
- You have experience in call center (calls or e-mail) OR you have experience working in a fast paced hospitality environment
- You have a native level of Japanese
- You have a TOEIC score of 700 or above
- You have a keen interest in fashion

Salary: Receive a salary up to 4.5M JPY
Hours:
- 9am - 6pm
- 12pm - 9pm
- Including weekend
