About Our Client
Our client is an international IT company with their headquarters located in the U.S.
- You will be responsible for end customers and resellers questions by phone and mail
- You will collaborate with different departments
- You will analyse and research information upon client's request
- You will need to make sure that all requests are handled with great satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
- You have a bachelor's degree
- You have relevant experience as customer service / helpdesk employee (Candidates without experience can also be selected for another role)
- You are fluent in both Japanese and English language
- You have a passion for customer service and problem solving
