- Handing inquiries from local phamaceutical manufacturers
- Referencing data and information provided to clients, providing support
- Collaborating with various teams internally to handle smooth invoicing and customer service
- Utilizing SalesForce
- Business level English communication preferred
- Ideally some call center customer service experience
- Willing to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent salary, up to 6M JPY annually
