Job Description
- Help customers solve inquires by phone, e-mail and chat
- Actively problem solve and innovate on behalf of customers
- Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
- Inspire the team and become a role model
- Opportunity to learn other areas of the business and support specially departments as needed
The Successful Applicant
- You have interest for the travel industry
- You have a keen interest in supporting customers
- Proactive and open to learn
- You have good communication skills
- You have Japanese level (N1) or above and are fluent in English
