Job Description

  • Help customers solve inquires by phone, e-mail and chat
  • Actively problem solve and innovate on behalf of customers
  • Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
  • Inspire the team and become a role model
  • Opportunity to learn other areas of the business and support specially departments as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • You have interest for the travel industry
  • You have a keen interest in supporting customers
  • Proactive and open to learn
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have Japanese level (N1) or above and are fluent in English
