- Make the call center team contribute to company to improvement by running operation Japan to support IB in Japan and respond/answer for calls from customer.
- Improve customer satisfaction by improving call response performance.
- Lead the team to reach their Target to support the customer.
- Monitor, Report and Action for team performance(LAR, RemoteFix%, T-NPS).
- Share situation and claim from customers in company by sharing information and building collaboration with related department in/out.
- Experience to manage Customer Call Center as staff/leader/manager.
- Experience to work in Customer Call Center to support technical area.
- Lead improvement with cooperating with team and related team/individual.
- No problem in travel domestic and overseas(by air, train and etc.)
- Experience in medical business and/or service operation of medical business.
