Job Description

  • Drive your team to achieve the KPI's you set

  • Work closely with the vendor to manage their performance

  • Responsibility for improving and training team members so they can maximize their performance

  • Planning and implementation of new processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Leadership experience

  • Ideally call center management background, management of an outsourced vendor
