職務内容
- Manage transactions from order placement outside of Japan to deliveries to customers
- Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements
- Co-ordinate and negotiate with local 3PL's
- Communicate with not only logistics members but also sales members from distribution partners
- Always keep your eyes open wide to improve each job process by means of smart IT tools
- Lead and participate in improvement projects within customer service and/or by working with other functions
- Set up the CS team goal and CS team members' goals, assuring regular appraisal in place
- Coach and motivate CS team members
- Drive competence development of the customer service personnel
- Lead and develop education of customer service organisation
- Communicate and co-operate with other departments on changes and issues resolution
- Make the best use of the ERP's global and local
- Make the best use of the global CRM application
理想の人材
- You have 3+ years experience as CS manager
- You have 5+ years experience working in import
- You have experience working with 3PL
- You have a native level of Japanese and fluent level of English
条件・待遇
- Salary up to 8M JPY
- Flex time with core time from 11:00 - 14:00
- Tele-work is possible
