My client is a health and security services firm, which counts nearly two-thirds of the Fortune Global 500 companies as clients, and takes around 5 million assistance calls every year.
・Ensure continuity of services to our members by manning the telephone and other communication systems in the manner described in the procedure manual and communicate all file information to all relevant parties.
・Document all manners related to each request for assistance using the forms and systems made available by the company to ensure continuity of service 24 hours a day.
・Organise medical evacuation/repatriation （or repatriation of mortal remains） by coordinating the activity and services of all service providers, correspondents and staff of other assistance centres
- Bilingual, internationally-minded
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent, logical communicator
- Salary between 4-5M JPY
- English and Japanese usage about 50/50
- Shift work, including weekends
