Job Description
- Pre/post-sales customer service via telephone, email and company website live chat or live consultation with a
professional manner. - Handling customer complaints
- Follow up with customers after Live chat or Live consultation
- Maintain good relationships with customer
- Assist customers on their online shopping journey
- Assist on the daily online order processing in term of inventory availability and order tracking update
The Successful Applicant
- 2-3 year experience in call centre (experienced in E-commerce is a huge plus)
- Good communication skills, customer service and focus on teamwork
- Strong business Japanese writing skill
- Proactive, responsible, willing to learn and enthusiastic about our product and service
- Administrative work experience is a plus
