Customer service administrator for a Swiss luxury brand [no OT]

Our client is a Swiss luxury brand.
- Be in contact with the headquarters in Switzerland (products, spare parts, repairs,...)
- Receive inbound calls from customers concerning replacements, questions, ...
- Manage Data for customers
- Controlling of the lead time
- Goods receiving and shipping
- Products inspection
- You studied fashion or have experience as Customer service / client service in a fashion brand
- You have a native level of Japanese and a good level of English
- You have a keen interest in luxury
- You have good Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint)
You will receive a salary up to 4-5M JPY.
There will be no shift work and almost no overtime
