- Customer contact for quality of mass-produced products (internal development of quality information and feedback to related departments, etc.)
- Establishing quality of newly developed products (setting quality standards as a member of project team)
- Supplier audit guidance (periodic audit) Quality improvement / improvement of purchased parts such as implementation and quality guidance)
- Some electronic component suppliers are in Europe and exchanges in English occur.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to successfully respond and communicate issues to and from the customer to internal team/departments.
- Problem-solving and negotiating ability
- Experience in Automotive Quality (any of the following): APQP, PPAP, 8D, 0km, Kaizen, LEAN, TS and ISO standards
- Japanese ネイティブ, English Good or Conversational level
