職務内容
- Manage Technical Support, Field Support, Support Specialist teams
- Analyze team performance data, plan, execute, and report on related measures
- Provide motivation and support for members to set and reach goals. Provide progress management as well as appropriate evaluations and feedback
- Provide and execute plans to improve work efficiency within the team in order to make work smoother and reduce redundant tasks
- Communicate with relevant departments and company headquarters in order to make work conducted by the team smoother and more efficient, and to improve customer satisfaction
- Grasp members' strengths and weaknesses and provide opportunities and proactive support for improving members' skills
- Oversee the user experience from the customer's perspective and the company's perspective.
- Work with other department managers to support the growth of our products and services through customer retention strategies, improving the customer experience, and internal support readiness
- Perform customer visits with customer facing reps, with emphasis on field support reps to access customer experience and internal staff training needs
- Identify areas of opportunities and propose strategic analysis/solutions
- Driver of collaboration
- Liase and/or leverage local and global team members when necessary
- Perform other duties and tasks as required
理想の人材
- 3-5+ year work experiences in Customer support with life science background
- Veterinarian, medical or scientific undergraduate degree preferred. MBA is a plus
- Project management experiences
