- Plan and analysis customer database.
- Customer segmentation in order to increase customer visibility.
- Support CRM Manager to execute successful communication.
- Execute sales promotion events in the stores based on analyzing different customer profile and segments/sales per stores.
- Develop VIC treatment to enhance the quality of service in store.
- Develop CRM tools (DM, Seasonal Catalogue, Emailer etc.), achieving retention targets.
- Speak with Head Quarter to receive General Guidance and report.
- Support store team to monitor retention status using CRM system.
- Improve store training system.
- Ensure data integrity and effective mining.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience working with Excel
- Hands-on and strong attention to details, self-motivated and committed team player
- Basic English
- Native Level Japanese (JLPT N1)
- NO need to have Fashion nor Luxury Experience
