Job Description

●Ensure achievement of CRM & Digital Marketing KPI

●Interact with external consultants & service providers Monitor ROI

●Management of client database

●Visit & spend time in the stores, gather and analyse voices of stores & customers to be able to share with HQ

●Creation and Management of Store Actions & Events

●Analyzing and reporting client segmentation

●Training and performance management

●Monitor CRM budget

The Successful Applicant

●Minimum 2-4 years experience in CRM & Digital Marketing, preferably with department stores and store management

●Team management experience is plus

●Language fluency in Japanese and English

●Strong communication skills with multi-level people
