The Company has been founded in Italy in the 60's as Leader of the fashion and Luxury industry. hundreds of shops Globally makes it one of the most known fashion company in the world. Extremely good performance in Japan as well with a fairly long presence.
- To provide CRM operational reports and CRM analytical reports.
- To organise CRM training in order to help CRM activities at stores.
- To provide customer list for DM,Catalogue etc, and DM response analysis.
- To allocate catalogues/leaflets to stores.
- To upload the client list and activities in database.
The Successful Applicant
- CRM experience in the retail industry
- Good knowledge of Retail business with analysis skills
- Language: English requirements (for HQ communication)
- Outgoing, proactive personality, ability to communicate well.
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
