Job Description

  • Develop, lead and execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating sales growth
  • Understand the market trends and customer needs to drive strategic business initiatives
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand business objectives and revenue goals
  • Develop plans for expansion and business development
  • Oversee the implementation of the commercial strategies to meet set goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - experience in the hotel amenities and hotel supply industry, or FMCG experience
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within the Hospitality industry, experience with seling channel to hotels, airlines or cruise industry, as one of the distributors also specializes in these areas
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Strong commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
