職務内容

  • Coordinate accounting tasks with Finance Shared Service, including reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Review and correct accounting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate on financial reporting and tax filing.
  • Assist in cash, credit management, and procurement for cost savings.
  • Manage financial controls, audits, budgeting, and investment decisions.

理想の人材

  • Proven experience in assistant controller roles or similar positions
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting processes such as budgeting, financial closure, and reporting
  • Familiarity with general ledger functions, month/year-end close, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Experience with internal control, audit, MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI), ERP systems, and excellent communication skills
