Job Description

The position involves monitoring live streams and pre-uploaded videos (in English and Japanese) to ensure compliance with established regulations.-Monitor live feeds for potential rule violations.

-Ensure audio content follows regulatory guidelines.

-Check for restricted words and inappropriate content.

-Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

-Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content effectively and efficiently.

-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation processes.

-Collaborate with team members to maintain platform safety and integrity

-Document and report any recurring issues or trends in content violations.

The Successful Applicant

The Team is looking for candidates who are ready to start working soon, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, and with the following main qualifications:

  • Good business level of English language
  • Fluent level of Japanese (JLPT N1 minimum)
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
