・ Develop new systems, tools and successful business improvement cases at vendor operation centers
・ Participation in various projects across the organization
・ Call center operation support, partial agency operation management
・ Business report inside and outside the company, report compilation
- Call center operation experience or vendor management experience
- Understand the basic system required for call center operation
- Improve work efficiency and customer service experience through proposal and implementation of improvement of existing business process.
- Business improvement proposal ability and solution ability
