We recruit across the BtoC, BtoB, FS, Healthcare, Tech industries providing permanent and temp/contract recruitment solutions for both Japanese and multinational companies.As part of our IT Vendor Sales recruitment desk, you will be working as a recruitment consultant in a team of 6 people, responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment, from start to end. 職務内容

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate.
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

理想の人材

  • Fluency in English (Business level) OR fluency in English (Business level) & Japanese (Business level)
  • A proven track record in sales/business development/account management, or recruitment.
  • Experience interacting with clients or/and business development is preferred
  • Ability to work in a Goal/KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and target oriented environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career.
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to overcome objection and be resilient.
  • Outgoing, proactive, have strong communication skills and be a team player

条件・待遇

Compensation:

You will start with a guaranteed competitive base salary (based on skills and experience) with quarterly incentive based on your individual and team performance.
