Job Description

You will be responsible for functional design lead for implementation and project management, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to provide technical advice.

Leading Implementations : Manage diverse portfolios and lead enterprise-level implementation projects. Regularly communicate with customers, implementation partners, and internal departments, and actively manage and communicate project activities.

Internal Enablement /Support /Process Development and Improvement : Support the development of strategic product playbooks, demo environments, and refine and develop internal processes that support the expansion and success of company business. Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic product adoption. Train other employees in Implementation Consultant expertise.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years experience in full-cycle software implementation projects.
  • Project management skills and a track record of successfully delivering implementation projects.
  • Domain relevant knowledge such as understanding of financial consolidation and foreign currency translation principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills. Excellent communication skill with Japanese clients and global teams.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations as needed. (This job is flexible remote work)
