Job Description

  • Develop and implement mid-to-long-term E-commerce strategies to drive growth and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and propose actionable insights to both local and global stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date website content, manage performance marketing, and enhance SEO.
  • Lead internal and external communications, including reporting and project management.
  • Oversee budget forecasting, vendor negotiations, and performance monitoring.
  • Supervise daily operations of the official online store and coordinate with marketplace partners.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot online systems, working closely with IT to resolve issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all online customer service inquiries.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
  • Proven multitasking abilities, handling various stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in E-commerce project management and data analysis.
  • Basic marketing and SEO knowledge, particularly in the reail sector.
  • Experience working with global counterparts and fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Ability to implement strategies into actionable plans and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
