職務内容

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a strong and active player community.
  • Interact with players on various platforms including forums, social media, and in-game channels to address questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Organize and host community events, tournaments, and contests to promote player engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including game developers, customer support, and marketing to advocate for the player and ensure their needs are addressed.
  • Monitor community sentiment and feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve the player experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, conventions, and other industry gatherings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences to inform community management strategies.

理想の人材

  • Experience managing online communities or social media platforms preferred.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual in Japanese and English is a must.
