Job Description

  • Provide leadership on go-to-market strategies, new product launches, and channel/customer initiatives.
  • Optimize ROI and efficiency across channel/customer investments to meet profitability targets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive value creation through rigorous financial analysis and benchmarking.
  • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for the Japan market, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.
  • Partner with regional and local stakeholders to deliver on sales targets and financial performance measures.
  • Shape the long-range growth model for Japan, influencing strategic choices across channels and brands.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business finance.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage conflict, adapt to changing business situations, and present complex information clearly.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute efficiently.
  • Business level in English and Japanese, with good communication skills.
