The Team Leader for Collections will be reporting directly to the Collection Manager and will be responsible for vendor management with outside agencie, coming up with new strategies to increase the amount of collections, and increase job efficiency of the team members.

職務内容

The Team Leader for Collections will be reporting directly to the Collection Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Vendor management with outside agencies
  • Coming up with new ideas and strategies to increase the amount of collections and increase job efficiency of the team members
  • Occasionally handling collection cases (some escalations/difficult cases)
  • Reporting internally and to Teams abroad in English

The Team is looking for candidates who are interested in process improvement, with the following main qualifications:

  • Management/Leadership: solid experience in team leading
  • Strong relationship management, vendor management skills/experience
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to develop relationships
  • Ability and passion to drive innovation and change
  • Business fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Welcome: collections background
