About Our Client

Our client is Europe based world leading security software company, recently focusing on the cloud business. They have over 50 people in Japan.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall achievement of sales targets.

  • Develop account strategies on the assigned partner account(s), expand the business,solutions and set monthly sales targets.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive sales opportunities by providing leadership and analyze the sales performance periodically.
  • Penetrate top target accounts in identified market segments.
  • Acquire new buying accounts through cold-calling, aligning with partners, demand gen. programs.
  • Work closely with the assigned partners to drive opportunities to closure.
  • Manage all leads, contacts, accounts, key corporate partners with objective to grow long-term strategic partnerships driving incremental sales for the Company.
  • Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration as and when required.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and requirements in order to support the assigned partner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns for the assigned partner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced Japanese (oral and written skills close to that of native speaker)
  • Intermediate or higher level of English (read and written skills)
  • Strong sales qualifying, email marketing skills, ability to reach prospects creatively, position, products and manage objections.
  • Understanding of sales process and moving prospects through the pipeline from qualification through to closed sales.
  • Capability to keep managing and tracking the sales pipeline and the opportunities.
  • Track record of successful account management as well as net new account development.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the software industry.
  • Experience cold-calling and selling into large accounts.
  • Experience in coordinating and directing internal resources to meet customer requirement.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Experience in the ennoblement of the sales and technical resources of the system integrator in Japan.
