Job Description

  • Strategic mindset to drive the Channel Sales Team with over all vision, strong passion and integrity.

  • Self-starter, Strong Driver, Team Worker, with aligning company direction and strategy.

  • Maintains knowledge of competitors in partner accounts to strategically position the company's products and services better.

  • Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities in the partners and expand and enhance existing opportunities to generate the pipeline in and drive pursuit.

  • Development of quota objectives and future direction for defined product category.

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the partners, up to and including the C-level for large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the partners within their industry.

  • Organize and lead proposal team across business units.

  • May invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sale.

  • Business level English communication capability required to report / communicate with WW/AP oversea teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Enterprise software sale history, not point-to-point products.

  • IT Operation software sales experience for ArcSight, App Dev Management software for Fortify are also feasible to this role.

  • Sell to / through Partner Sales experiences for large SI / OEM partners, is convertible for Channel Sales experiences.

  • Channel sales experiences by complexed, cross-portfolio proposals.

  • Oversea reporting experience is a plus.
