職務内容

  • Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on assigned account.
  • Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed annual plan.
  • Build, lead and assess project team to execute the sustainable revenue plan and foster talent development for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage to deliver an accurate forecast for 5 or 4 rolling quarters and FY with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives. Pipeline and opportunity update is managed.
  • Execute business reviews to ensure proper execution in accordance with the LEVERAGE (Sales Process) and VALUE ENGAGEMENT (Business Transformation framework) in line with customer.
  • Manage and ensure ALC (Annual License Charge) collection.

理想の人材

  • Experience in a sales position
  • Experience in selling solutions for international or large companies (tier 2 ok)
  • Ability to develop trusted relationship with customers and manage complex negotiations.
