Strategic group level C&B Manager position

You will lead the C&B team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of the full C&B function, driving operational and strategic initiatives to enhance the total rewards program. You will be responsible for salary bench-marking, job grading, pension, medical insurance, annual budgeting and various HR reports.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 10 years of hands-on compensation and benefits experience. You must be highly motivated, analytical, results driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. You will need substantial experience to design/review, implement and manage a group level compensation and benefits program.
