We opened our first Asia office in 1994 and Tokyo office was launched in 2001.The Customer Partnership Team (CPT) and Candidate Sourcing Team (CST):In response to the growing talent shortage in the Japanese market and the evolving geopolitical and economic landscape, we established a Customer Partnership Team (CPT) in January 2022, followed by the launch of our dedicated Candidate Sourcing function (CST) in October 2022.Together, the CPT and CST have introduced a new 'end-to-end service package designed to cater to our clients' and candidates' unique needs. The CPT specialises in crafting and delivering complex hiring solutions, including recruitment projects, RPO-style engagements, volume hiring. They also provide expert advisory services in recruitment strategy, employee journey roadmaps, organisational design, and market trends.At the heart of our delivery model is our in-house Japan Sourcing hub, the CST, a dynamic engine responsible for securing and delivering the right talent for our valued customers.職務内容You will collaborate closely with the Customer Partnership and Recruitment Teams to lead candidate-related strategies, projects, and initiatives.In your role as a manager, you will provide leadership to the Candidate Sourcing Team. You will proactively engage with prospective candidates, nurturing strong relationships, and take charge of designing and overseeing outreach campaigns, enhancing sourcing methodologies and optimising candidate utilisation.We are in search of an innovative and agile professional who can effectively lead and manage our candidate sourcing efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass staying abreast of market trends, guiding the team, and actively contributing to the strategic direction of our candidate sourcing function.Key Activities:Assist with the execution of the candidate sourcing strategy for the Japan business.Provide guidance and mentorship to the sourcing team, ensuring they design effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific job types and recruitment projects.Take a leadership role in supporting the operational team (marketing, business consultants, IT teams) in the design and execution of engaging talent outreach campaigns, driving collaboration across departments.Conduct '180 degree candidate sourcing cycle from scouting, briefing, phone screening and briefing on particular jobs.Implement new tools, systems, and processes to enhance candidate sourcing and develop a diverse and high-quality talent pool.Encourage and lead the team in proactively seeking referrals from internal and external networks to expand the candidate pool.Prioritise building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidate prospects for specific skill sets, ensuring the team does the same.Oversee and manage sourcing databases, ensuring proper data capture, updates, an accurate reporting.Focus to consistently build pipeline of candidate prospects for a particular skill set.Work against weekly and quarterly targets, set deadlines while maintaining quality standards in accordance with the Page Group policy.理想の人材Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, either through direct leadership or the management of complex projects.Strong communication and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to influence individuals, sell ideas and concepts, and secure commitment from team members and stakeholders.High conversational English skills, enabling effective communication and explanation with non-Japanese speakers.Fluency in Japanese: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in a business setting.Familiarity with MS Office applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel, and Outlook.Proven experience in meeting deadlines and achieving weekly/monthly goals.Demonstrated ability to prioritise, plan, and organise tasks to meet deadlines and commitments.Proficiency in working with data, drawing conclusions from information, and making data-based decisions.Comfort with social media posting and the ability to engage effectively with individuals on various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Job Boards, etc.).A strong desire to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external partners.Strong business ethics and a commitment to operating with integrity in all aspects of the role.条件・待遇We've successfully proved our new business model, and our team has experienced substantial growth in size and capability since its inception a year ago.
