Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and achievement of business goals.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve the business.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record of successful partner management in Japan or internationally.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multinational environment.
