Job Description

  • Strategic Alignment - Work closely with corporate leadership to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities to maximise value and impact of digital initiatives.


  • Relationship Management: Understand needs through building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across various corporate functions
  • Solution Delivery: partner with digital teams, including IT, development, data analytic, to deliver innovative digital solutions which address business needs and enhance operations


  • Technology Trends: Provide insights and recommendations on emerging technologies, industry and practices in DX for opportunities in innovation and competitive advantage


  • Requirements Gathering: work closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements for digital projects and initiatives. Translate business needs into actionable plans for the digital team.

The Successful Applicant



  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English


  • Excellent interpersonal, analytic and problem-solving skills


  • Proactive leader and motivator of cross-functional, matrix teams in multi-cultural setup to achieve strategic goals


  • Proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support


  • Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills
