Job Description

  • Conduct industry research to develop sales solutions.
  • Interact with clients and address their inquiries.
  • Meet the needs of customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Foster team cooperation to achieve group goals.
  • Develop and implement country business plans and sales strategies.
  • Drive new business developments for growth.
  • Ensure high-quality CRM reports from customer interactions.
  • Produce and forecast monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Align local and regional strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the team.
  • Perform other assigned activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/Chemical or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical ingredients industry, with management experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent business/commercial acumen.
  • Experience in budgeting and cost controlling.
  • Strong coaching and people management abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
