Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the meat packaging/casing market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the meat product sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Japan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product quality.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market analysis to support business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the food sector.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales - Food Packaging (Meats) should have:

  • Experience in sales within the food packaging, meat industry, or the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English (preferred).
