Job Description

  • Drive new business development efforts across system integrators, enterprise partners, and channel intermediaries
  • Identify, engage, and manage strategic accounts, particularly in banking, payments, and adjacent verticals
  • Build long-term partnerships with major players such as NTT, Fujitsu, and other integration-focused firms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project Management, R&D, Operations, Finance) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Support alliance development with payment gateways and acquiring partners
  • Manage pipeline and revenue targets in alignment with local and regional goals
  • Report to the Japan Country Manager with full ownership of commercial performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, banking, hardware, or IT-related sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and closing complex solution-based deals
  • Native-level Japanese and strong English skills for internal and regional communication
  • Comfortable with revenue targets, quarterly cycles, and hybrid work environments (3 days in office)
  • Experience with system integrators or indirect/channel sales models preferred
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a high-responsibility role
