Job Description

  • Sales development of client of the business in Japan between Japan and countries globally in line with the company's Sales strategy
  • Interact, drive and coordinate sales with worldwide counterparts
  • Identify new and potential customers and Projects on a regular basis. Exchange sales leads and market information
  • Approach clients and prospects on a regular basis
  • Achieve and exceed both revenue and gross profit targets
  • Achieve Sales KPIs with regard to sales visits, sales leads and opportunities via CRM
  • Effectively utilize CRM
  • Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts up to deal closing

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters in Logistics or Business and Engineering or equivalent
  • Previous years of Sales / Business Development experience in the Logistics industry
  • Proven track record of successful business development in the Logistics Industry
  • Possess an existing network within the industry and ability to retain existing client portfolio
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Communication skill in Japanese and English
