企業情報

Our client is a s a German transport and logistics company with a global presence on all continents. They are active in airfreight, sea freight, road freight, rail freight, and contract logistics. They have a long history with Japanese businesses as they have a strong partnership with a giant Japanese logistics company.

Their Japan office opened in 2023. They currently already hired 5 employees but still looking to expand. Unlike most freight forwarders in Japan, the company's average age is relatively young.

職務内容

  • Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities
  • Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular sales calls and visits
  • Handle customer-related coordination calls/meetings with Key Account Management (KAM), Operations, Product, etc.
  • Prepare new (general) quotations and follow up on sales leads
  • Manage customer complaints for non-shipment-related topics
  • Maintain and update the information on the Customer Information System (CIS)
