Full P&L responsibility for scope to develop and grow the business.

- Search for new opportunities, whilst developing and executing on plans to grow the business through existing accounts and channels.
- Constantly acquire and maintain deep understanding of customers and market and have a strong and complete knowledge of the competition to effectively leverage off them.
- Manage existing relationships effectively with partners that will drive business growth.
- As a key member of the business team, you will actively contribute to the company's strategic vision and direction.
- Seek out new business development initiatives in line with the company's strategy and long term goals.
- Cultivate a strong company culture that promotes high standards and working ethics.
- Proactively support key projects that are key to business growth and expansion.
- Strong business development and a proven track record of successful sales performance and experience with B2B partners and prospects.
- English and Japanese language.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and training presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
