- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
- Work with with other teams globally including offshore developers
- Close communications with business users to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and solution planning
- Participate in testing and UAT
- Prepare presentations, documentation and reporting
理想の人材
- Must have at least three years of Business/System Analysis experience, preferably in the financial/consulting industry for financial clients
- Good communication skills. Bilingual in English and Japanese languages
- Detailed oriented, result driven and able to multitask
- Good presentation, organisational and documentation skills
