Job Description

  • Oversee and conduct detailed management and analytical tasks pertaining to the operations of the subsidiary, ensuring optimal performance and strategic alignment with the company's goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive management plans, coordinate activities with relevant stakeholders, and prepare detailed reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Offer practical support to the management team, providing insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze the business environment, assess market trends, and compile comprehensive reports to provide strategic recommendations and support business growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possesses extensive experience in business management and analysis, with a particular emphasis on managing and analyzing small to medium-sized local subsidiaries of foreign companies, which is highly advantageous.
  • High level of business Japanese and English
  • Previous experience in the energy sector is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • A strong willingness and ability to continuously learn about the industry through hands-on work and business environment analysis are crucial.
  • Able to work independently and proactively, while also coordinating effectively with relevant parties.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and executing work efficiently to meet a variety of requests.
