Job Description

  • Oversee management planning and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct in-depth business environment analysis and produce insightful reports.
  • Provide direct support to the management team in executing strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and report on the operations of the local subsidiary, ensuring alignment with global standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced in business management and analysis, particularly in the context of a foreign subsidiary.
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English, with the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual environment.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and skilled in coordinating with various internal and external parties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Holds a degree in business or a related field; experience in the energy sector is a plus.
